4 Day Bwindi Impenetrable And Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will begin you journey and drive southwest through the scenic countryside where you will Stop at the Uganda Equator for photos and experiments before continuing through rolling hills and tea plantations. You will enjoy lunch en route in Mbarara or Kabale, then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a home to the endangered mountain gorillas. On arrival you will check in at your lodge, and relax as you prepare for the next day’s trekking adventure. Dinner and overnight .

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will have an early breakfast, then head to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience, you will hike through dense rainforest led by expert rangers in search of a gorilla family Once a family is seen you will spend a magical hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat, taking photos, and learning about their behavior. After trekking, enjoy lunch before beginning your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, driving through scenic landscapes and terraced hills. Arrive in the evening, check in at your lodge for relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive, Salty Lakes, and Afternoon Boat Cruise

You will wake up early morning and head for a game drive through the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you may spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, antelopes, and warthogs against the backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains.Then return to the lodge for breakfast relast and after continue to explore the crater region with its spectacular salty lakes, known for their striking scenery and flamingos. Return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species thrive along the shores. You return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer Back to Kampala

After breakfast, enjoy your final views of Queen Elizabeth National Park as you begin your journey back to Kampala. You may take an optional short game drive while exiting the park to catch a last glimpse of wildlife. Travel through the beautiful countryside, with stops for photos and lunch in Mbarara. Continue the drive with another stop at the Equator for souvenirs and refreshments before proceeding to Kampala or Entebbe. Arrive in the evening, marking the end of your memorable safari filled with gorilla encounters, stunning landscapes, and rich wildlife experiences.
