7day Wildlife And Chimpanzee Trekking Safari In Uganda
This 7 day safari takes you the Pearl of Africa Uganda as you explore its stunning national parks Murchison Falls National park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale national park also known as the primate capital of the world. This safari will give you a view of the big five animals that include leopard, lion, buffalo, elephant and Rhinos, the worlds strongest waterfalls, Calm water waters of Kazinga channel, chimpanzee trekking.
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport where our driver-guide will
warmly welcome you and transfer you to the hotel in Kampala or
Entebbe where you will check in the lodge, relax for dinner and
overnight stay.

After breakfast You will depart Kampala early and drive north
through Uganda’s countryside via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a
guided walk to track white rhinos in their natural habitat. Then
continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s
largest conservation area. After lunch, visit the dramatic Top of the
Falls where the mighty Nile River squeezes through a seven-meter
gorge, plunging 45 meters below. The roar and mist create
breathtaking views. You will check in the lodge for relaxation ,
dinner, and overnight stay.

Rise early for a thrilling game drive across the park’s northern
savannah plains. Look out for elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards,
buffaloes, and antelope species. The guide will interpret the unique
landscapes and wildlife behaviors. Then return for breakfast, relax
at the lodge, and later enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a
boat cruise along the Nile, one of Africa’s most memorable
experiences. Watch hippos, crocodiles, and water birds as you
glide toward the base of Murchison Falls. Return to the lodge for
dinner and overnight in the park.

After breakfast, set off on a long but scenic journey to Fort Portal,
the gateway to Kibale Forest National Park. The drive takes you
through picturesque villages, rolling hills, and tea plantations. Stop
for lunch in Hoima or Fort Portal town. Arrive in the late afternoon
and check into your forest lodge nestled within tropical
surroundings for Overnight stay.

You will start your day with an early morning chilled breakfast
before heading to the park headquarters for a briefing on
chimpanzee trekking. Venture into Kibale Forest, home to over
1,500 chimpanzees and other primates such as red colobus
monkeys, L’Hoest monkeys, and grey-cheeked mangabeys. Enjoy
the thrill of observing chimpanzees in their natural environment.
Return for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, visit Bigodi Wetland
Sanctuary, a community-based eco-tourism site famous for rich
birdlife, including the Great Blue Turaco. Interact with locals, learn
about traditional medicine, and taste Ugandan coffee. Then return
to the lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before transferring to Queen Elizabeth
National Park. The short drive offers scenic views of crater lakes
and the Rwenzori Mountains. Upon arrival, embark on a mid-
morning game drive in Kasenyi plains, famous for lions, elephants,
buffaloes, and Uganda kobs. After lunch, take a boat cruise on the
Kazinga Channel, linking Lakes Edward and George. This
waterway hosts one of the highest concentrations of hippos in the
world, along with crocodiles and a variety of water birds then return
for Dinner and overnight in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala and Entebbe.
The drive passes through Uganda’s countryside, with chances to
stop at the Equator line for photographs and souvenir shopping.
