Begin your journey with an early morning pick-up from Entebbe or Kampala and set off westward through Uganda’s lush countryside. Enjoy views of tea plantations, traditional homesteads, and crater lakes en route. Stop for lunch in Fort Portal, a charming town near the Rwenzori Mountains. Afterward, continue to Kibale Forest National Park, home to one of Africa’s largest populations of chimpanzees. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge nestled on the edge of the forest. Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Dinner will be served at the lodge as you prepare for the next day's trekking adventure.
